#Terms of Service

These terms are a working draft and will be updated as our products grow. We will say here when they change.

#1. Who we are and what this covers

These terms apply when you use Jambavanta products and services, including Jambu and your Jambavanta account ("the services"). "We" means Jambavanta.

#2. Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think it was used without your permission.
• You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, or have a parent or guardian set up your account.

#3. Using the services

You agree not to:

• break the law, or help anyone else to
• harm, harass or deceive others
• try to break, probe or overload the services, or get around their safeguards
• copy or resell the services without our permission

#4. AI and its limits

Our services use artificial intelligence. It can be wrong or out of date. It is not a doctor, lawyer or financial adviser, and its output is not professional advice. Check anything important with a qualified person. You are responsible for how you use what the services tell you.

#5. Your content

What you put into the services stays yours. You allow us to store and process it to run the services for you. You can delete it, as described in our Privacy Policy.

#6. Paid features

The services are free to start. If we introduce paid plans, we will publish the price and terms before charging you. Safety reminders such as medicines are never switched off because credit has run out.

#7. Changes and ending

We may change or stop parts of the services, and we will give notice for changes that matter. You can stop using the services and close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

#8. Our responsibility

We work to provide the services with care, but they are provided as they are, and we cannot promise they will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

#9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction.
