We are a small company building for the long term. We do not have roles listed today, but we do talk to people who care about the same things we do.

#What we look for

• Care for the person using the product. Most of our users are not technical. We want people who think about them first.
• Patience. We would rather build one thing well than many things quickly.
• Plain words. In writing, in code and in how we treat each other.
• Craft. Small details matter: a clear sentence, a screen that works on a cheap phone, a reply that arrives on time.

We say what works today and what is still ahead. We treat people's data, and children's data above all, with care.
